Hi friends 🙂
I am fully funded… Four words I never thought I would say (or type I guess). God provided, like He always does. He is Jehovah Jireh, our God who provides.
Throughout this fundraising process, the human side of me lost hope, forgot to reach out to people, did not say quite the right thing, and repeated negative words to myself. But God showed through all of that. He told me this was my purpose in this season of life and gave me the confidence to put myself out there and try new things. He gave me leaders and family members who took time out of their day and even their money to help me. And I think that, yes we should celebrate being fully funded, but we should also celebrate my journey to get here. Because it was seriously all God.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported me financially and also through prayer and encouragement! It makes me tear up thinking about your kindness and generosity!
To my mom and grandmother, you were a crucial part in achieving this goal. In all honesty, you both probably had more of a hand in fundraising than I did; I was just following along in your footsteps and learning from you. <3
All the love,
Caroline
Caroline, I am so happy to know that you are fully funded and you’re ready for this journey that God has inspired you to go on. I will continue to pray for you and your team as you go and spread God’s words. Love you Caroline. You are one special young lady. And you say your prayers, please pray one for me too. I know God will be listening to your prayers because you answered His calling.
So happy for you! Always a relief and a faith builder. We will see you soon.
THANK YOU, JESUS! I wonder if we sometimes don’t see God as Jehovah Jireh because we don’t create space for Him to provide, you know? We get to know God as Provider when we step into a space where our finite selves don’t hold up to our infinite God and we tangibly see God come through on our behalf. All glory goes up 🙂
Thank you Jesus! And you are so welcome Caroline! God amazes me everyday…and you are following his footsteps. Always always look to Jesus first and everything else will come in time. So excited to see you start your journey in September…I know we will miss you…but kinda used to that for past 3 years..We will pray for you and your team every day. Love you Caroline!
I am not suprised at all. Everyone can see and “hear” your commitment. I am claiming my favorite bible verse over you Jeremiah 29:11. To see God at work in this journey of yours only confirms “He knows the plans he has for you!”. Love & prayers always. – Aunt Sue
